Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Booking Policy

  • Bookings must be made at least 4 hours in advance for local trips and 24 hours for outstation trips.
  • A valid government-issued ID proof (Aadhar Card, Pan Card, or Passport) is mandatory for all passengers during the journey.
  • The booking is confirmed only after receiving the booking confirmation message/email from Saikrupa Translink.

2. Payment & Charges

  • Tolls & Parking: Toll taxes, parking charges, and state entry taxes are extra and must be paid by the customer directly during the journey unless specified as "All Inclusive".
  • Kilometer Calculation: For outstation trips, distance is calculated from garage to garage.
  • Driver Allowance: Night driving allowance is applicable if the driver drives between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

12 to 24 hours 25% of Booking Amount
4 to 12 hours 50% of Booking Amount
Less than 4 hours 100% (No Refund)

* Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

4. General Rules

  • Smoking and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited inside the vehicles.
  • The company is not responsible for any loss of luggage or valuables kept in the vehicle. Passengers are advised to take care of their belongings.
  • In case of vehicle breakdown, we will try our best to arrange an alternate vehicle. However, if not possible, a full refund for the remaining journey will be provided.
  • AC will be switched off in hilly areas to prevent engine overheating.
